Verve

I've met Andre Carlssen, the guy behind Verve, quite regularly. Even though I wouldn'tgo as far as to say that we are friends (got invited to his birthday party last year though), he is always really friendly and he is just a nice guy. Nice to find out that he also is a good designer, and has a website that seems to do quite well: www.vervetops.co.uk . Good stuff, down to earth but with an eye for details (see the shirt in the second picture - the guy wearing it is Andre himself btw), and his stripey pantsare just too cute to be left on the shelf :) Bright, strong colors.. like it!

Yemi Osunkoya

I've known Yemi for a couple of years now, and I'd like you guys to have a look at his site. I am not too much into bridal wear, but if I had to choose a dress for someone I would definitely take his advise. He manages to build very elegant, contemporary silhouettes with a definite hint of his Nigerian background present. Not your average lace-and-bow meringue-style bridal gowns, but creations that ooze personality and just look amazing. Have a look at the site, the best pictures are definitely on there.

Camouflage costumes

Simply amazing. The work of artist Desirée Palmen, these are costumes designed to blend in with their environment. I don't know whether has any digital work has been done to it, but it looks great.
